You will be able to message anyone with a Viber app installed on their smartphone. Upload a selfie to your profile so when you start your group texting your picture and name will be on the message to make it easier to identify the texter.

I want it ASAP or at COB

When you need answers or a response quickly. Never ever use ASAP. As soon as possible really means you will get a response when the person makes the time to get back to you on their convenience. You will be waiting for a call or email that you might not get for awhile. Be firm and set an agreed upon date and time for a response.

I need your status at COB. Close of business can be ambiguous in companies that operates 24 x 7. Some units might shut down for the day and some never shut down so what time are we talking about. You need to be clear to get everyone on the same page. I need your status at 6pm PST. Indicate the time zone you are in to not leave any confusion out there if business units are spread across different time zones.
